This is information collected automatically by the Data Controller through the Website or third-party applications.

This data includes: date and time, IP addresses, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, request methods, server response size, response status code, browser and operating system used, language, country, and other parameters related to the user’s operating environment.

The data listed above is used exclusively to verify the proper functioning of the services offered.

The data will be retained only as long as necessary and may also be processed for the purpose of:

5. Rights you may exercise as the data subject

*) Access (Art. 15 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
You have the right to access your personal data and the following information: a) processing purposes; b) categories of data processed; c) recipients to whom the data has been or will be disclosed; d) data retention period or criteria for determining it; e) the existence of your rights. The Data Controller is required to provide a copy of the personal data being processed and/or the information notice.

You have the right to obtain, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data, the integration of incomplete personal data, and the deletion of personal data no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

*) Restriction of processing (Art. 18 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data where one of the circumstances provided for by Art. 18 occurs. If requested, we will specify the restriction and ensure compliance with this right.
